मैं ubuntu 13.10 64bit का उपयोग कर रहा हूं। मुझे हेडफोन में केवल एक पक्षीय (एक चैनल) ध्वनि मिली। लैपटॉप स्पीकर काफी अच्छा है। लैपटॉप और हेडफोन का हेडफोन जैक दोनों अच्छी तरह से काम कर रहे हैं। यह सॉफ्टवेयर समस्या है। मैं नियमित रूप से सिस्टम को अपग्रेड करता हूं और यह समस्या पिछले 1 या 2 अपग्रेड के बाद हो रही है।
साथ ही वर्कअराउंड भी है। वॉल्यूम स्तर को कम पर सेट करें और इसे जल्दी से सेट करें। ऐसा करने के बाद दो बार मेरे हेडफोन के दोनों चैनल को पुनर्स्थापित करें। इसे स्थायी रूप से कैसे हल किया जाए?
