18.04 ब्लूटूथ क्रैशिंग

नमस्कार, मेरे पास Dell परिशुद्धता 5520 (फरवरी, 2018 में खरीदा गया) क्वालकॉम एथरोस QCA6174 802.11ac वायरलेस नेटवर्क एडॉप्टर है जो Ubuntu 18.04 चल रहा है।

मुझे लैपटॉप और मेरे लॉजिटेक एमएक्स मास्टर वायरलेस माउस के बीच ब्लूटूथ कनेक्शन से परेशानी हो रही है। कंप्यूटर प्रति दिन कई बार माउस से कनेक्शन खो देगा। जब ऐसा होता है, तो स्क्रीन के ऊपरी दाएं कोने में स्थित ब्लूटूथ आइकन गायब हो जाता है। ब्लूटूथ सिस्टम वरीयता पैनल की जाँच, ब्लूटूथ बंद है। मैं स्विच को "चालू" कर सकता हूं, लेकिन ब्लूटूथ बंद रहता है। न तो कंप्यूटर को पुनरारंभ करना और न ही कंप्यूटर को पावर साइकिल चलाना ब्लूटूथ वापस लाते हैं। $ sudo service bluetooth restartयह भी काम नहीं करता है। एकमात्र तरीका मैंने ब्लूटूथ को त्यागने के लिए पाया है:
